Abstract

The article focuses on the importance of vocational courses which molds students to become self-supporting in the business or industrial world in their adult life. The author implies that vocational teaching must be introduced into the grammar grades since many students do not reach the secondary schools. The vocational training is essential because of its ethical value in the formation of character, wholesome employment being one of the greatest protection against indolence and vice.
