Abstract

The article presents a case study of an 8-year-old girl diagnosed with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) who developed cardiac arrhythmias during treatment. Topics discussed include the impact of aHUS on the heart, management of electrolyte disturbances, and the genetic mutations identified in the patient related to the complement system.
