Bitranslations and Symmetric Nets.

Abstract

The article discusses the search for necessary and sufficient conditions to permute with Sm to introduce bitranslation using regular subsets of Sm. It proposes the condition that Π is symmetric with (μ, m)-net and the use of standard labeling for Π having base block class of Y and X as base point class. It also presents lemmas showing syntax sets for the condition using regular subsets and found out that the Klein 4-group satisfy the condition for tactical symmetric (2,4)-net. It adds that the order of full automorphism group using Klein 4-group is 5376. It shows the incidence matrix of m in the value of (2,4)-net.
