Abstract

In this paper, some of our measured experimental results on Y-Ba-Cu-O-based semiconducting ceramic are reported. The range of temperature and frequency variation are from 300 K to 473 K and 100 kHz to 12 MHz respectively. The measured experimental results are also theoretically modelled. We found that modified Debye theory can possibly explain the measured experimental behavior.
