In this work, a Hard-Wall AdS/QCD model with 4 flavours is utilized to calculate the transition form factors for the semileptonic D → (V , A , S) ℓ ν ℓ . These decays occur by c → d ℓ ν ℓ transition at quark level for D 0 → ρ - (b 1 - , a 1 - , a 0 -) ℓ ν ℓ , D s → K 0 (K 1 A 0 , K 1 B 0) ℓ ν ℓ decays while the semileptonic decays D 0 → K ∗ - (K 1 A - , K 1 B - , K 0 -) ℓ ν ℓ and D → K ¯ 0 ( K ¯ 1 A 0 , K ¯ 1 B 0) ℓ ν ℓ proceed by c → s ℓ ν ℓ transition. The masses and decay constants of scalar mesons as well as the form factors and the branching ratios of aforementioned decays are calculated in our model, and a comparison is also made between our results and predictions of other theoretical methods and the existing experimental values.
