- Abstract
The article presents a study which explores the arguments on the mechanisms of lipase interfacial activation based on differing hydrophilic and lipophilic properties. It determines the regulatory effect of the lipolytic activity based on catalytic effects. It indicates that the miscellar catalytic effect observed from nonenzymatic reactions is similar with the mechanism of action of bile salts from enzymatic reaction.
