Abstract: The article focuses on the restoration of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigen expression in Walker 256 tumor in the growth dynamics in Brattleboro rats. It points out that the level of expression is identified by the proportion of cells expressing and not expressing MHC class I molecules. It explains that these molecules allow the tumor to escape from the immune control.
