Abstract

We have studied the magnetic properties of a nanocomposite obtained by the introduction of magnetite particles from a colloidal solution in kerosene into channels of porous silicon. Temperature dependences of the parameters of samples were measured, and their specific features were established. It is suggested that the obtained magnetic material consists of two fractions, one of which exhibits superparamagnetic behavior and the other of which occurs in the blocked state up to room temperature.
