The electrical conductivity of single crystals of the LaBaF superionic conductor subjected to irradiation by γ quanta (source γ-Co, dose 2 × 10 rad) has been investigated. It is shown that the radiation defects do not have a great effect on the ionic conductivity of nonstoichiometric LaBaF crystals, which is caused by the heterovalent replacements of La cations with Ba cations.
