Title: X-ray crystallographic study of 2-morpholino-5-trifluoromethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole.

Abstract: By single crystal X-ray diffraction the features of the molecular and crystal structures of 2-morpholino- 5-trifluoromethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole are determined. This is the main substance of the certified reference material of trifluoromethylmorpholinothiadiazole for the quantitative elemental analysis of fluoroorganic compounds.
