- Abstract
The article comments on an article on the methods of exercise-dose quantification in 2024. It cites the methodological bias in confusing the dose with the response or quantifying it according to the expected response to later study a possible dose-response relationship, and the need to consider the influence of intensity change on the exercise duration and the intensity-duration relationship in quantifying doses. Also noted is the proposal on quantifying high- and low-intensity exercises.
