Abstract: The article investigates the formation of pseudocysts in Neoparamoeba perurans, a marine parasitic amoeba. This amoeba causes amoebic gill disease in fishes. The authors submitted in vitro cultured trophozoites to freshwater incubation and examined dynamics of rounded cells with the help of microscopy.
