Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 49-year-old male with presyncope, recurrent palpitations, and a history of remote myocarditis. The patient's cardiac magnetic resonance imaging shows normal biventricular function and remote myocarditis features with multifocal fibrosis including the superobasal portion of the interventricular septum (IVS). The article discusses myocardial fibrosis at the superobasal IVS.
