Abstract: The article focuses on the use of laparoscopic reduction for acute postpartum uterine inversion with hemorrhagic shock. The use of laparoscopic reduction for acute postpartum uterine inversion stirred some controversy. The drugs administered to the patient before the replacement of the uterine inversion are mentioned. The effects of pneumoperitoneum on inversion are cited.
