Abstract

The article presents a case study of uterine necrosis following B-Lynch suture for primary postpartum hemorrhage. Married woman L. F., a generally well, 33-year-old in her third pregnancy with no previous obstetric abnormality, was transferred to obstetrics unit with obstructed labor caused by a face presentation. An emergency lower segment cesarean section was executed.
