- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old white woman who was presented with difficulty with eye opening and vague discomfort on far lateral gaze. It notes that she had a 20-year diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and subcutaneous dystrophic calcification overlying the bony prominences of her hands. It further states that she had a history of gradually enlarging and painless nodules over the orbital rims.
