The article presents a case study of a 2-day-old boy who presented with scrotal swelling, discoloration, and scrotal wall hematoma. It mentions the employment of abdominal computed tomography (CT) which confirmed subcapsular hepatic hematoma (SHH). Furthermore , the association of SHH rupture in the postero-superior region of the liver with retroperitoneal hemorrhage and scrotal wall hematoma.
