Abstract: The article presents a letter of intent to form an international organization dubbed as International Association of Endodontology (IAE) for the advancement of endodontology. The letter briefly informs to those involved in the field about IAE's plans, management structure and mode by which the organization will operate. Accordingly, IAE will serve as a support structure for international collaboration on subject matters of significance to both the science and practice of endodontics.
