The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old patient with a history of uterine carcinosarcoma with a perceivable mass above the vaginal cuff. Histology affirmed the presence of recurrent carcinosarcoma or malignant mixed mullerian tumor (MMMT), but had not resulted to any disease. Further imaging revealed that the mass above the vaginal cuff is an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) of the urinary bladder, a soft tissue tumor characterized by cell proliferation and inflammation.
