Patient 1: An 80-year-old gentleman presented to the dermatology clinic with multiple widespread erythematous and violaceous indurated plaques on the trunk and upper limbs ranging between 1 and 3 cm with palpable lymphadenopathy (Fig 1. Patient 2 had his cutaneous lesion excised and after a discussion in the hematology MDT, he was managed palliatively with no further investigations or treatment given his systemic involvement as evidenced by multiple nodal involvements on the PET-CT scan.
