This article presents a video vignette demonstrating a total robotic anterior resection with intracorporeal anastomosis under fluorescence navigation for a sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma in a 46-year-old woman. The video showcases the use of indocyanine green (ICG) for intraoperative mapping of the left ureter, assessment of serosal bowel perfusion, and determination of the point of proximal colon transection. The technique involves mobilization of the colon, careful dissection to safeguard the left inferior mesenteric plexus, and subsequent resection and anastomosis. The use of ICG for fluorescence image guidance is gaining acceptance in colorectal surgery.
