The article presents a case study of a 50-year-old man who underwent robotic intersphincteric resection along with the hand-sewn colo-anal anastomosis for his rectal neuroendocrine tumour (NET). Topics include the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for diagnosis of lymph node, restoration of bowel continuity, and the results of the robotic intersphincteric resection for the tumor stating it as feasible.
