Abstract

The article discusses the genetic determinants of plant calcium-permeable channels. It explains the significant role of cyclic nucleotide-gated channels (CNGCs) in thermosensing from the receptor to the channel and the relationship between structure and function. It also indicates the presence of glutamate receptor at chloroplast and CNCG at tonoplast.
