- Abstract
The article discusses a case of a patient with limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (IcSSc) with lumbar canal spinal stenosis caused by calcinosis and heterotopic ossification that had successful decompressive spinal surgery. In the case of the 60-year-old female suffering from IcSSc for 12 years, she complains of low back pain that goes down her left leg for the past six months. The case shows both calcinosis and heterotopic ossification.
