- Abstract
The article explores the impact of the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on physical therapy practice in Portugal. Topics covered include the adaptations being made by practices in an effort to respond to the health crisis and the needs of their patients, how the country's regulatory rules have determined that only urgent care should be provided for the duration of the pandemic, and the strategies they employed to maintain care while preserving their own safety.
