Abstract

The article focuses on medication discontinuation and non-adherence in heart failure, particularly following cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). Topics include the impact of socioeconomic factors and multimorbidity on medication adherence, the role of guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) in improving heart failure outcomes, and the organizational factors in Denmark that contribute to high medication adherence rates.
