The publication of the "Journal of Biomaterials Research" will be started by Interscience Division of John Wiley & Sons Inc. in the first quarter of 1967. The Second International Oceanographic Congress was held between May 30 and June 9, 1966 in Moscow, Soviet Union. The headquarter of the National Association of Biology Teachers has shifted to Washington D.C. from Great Falls, Montana.
