Abstract

The article focuses on the development and evaluation of Socrates, a fine-tuned Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot designed to support mental health and psychological well-being. Topics include the integration of AI into mental health care, the design of Socrates to promote self-reflection and emotional support, and early pilot study findings demonstrating its potential to enhance positive emotional states and user engagement.
