To the Editor, We came across an article titled "Rare manner of birth in a twin pregnancy" written by Jovanovi'c and Petrovi'c ([1]), published in I Acta Medica Saliniana i . All this leads to the conclusion that this may be a case of a superfetation in a woman with a uterus didelphys and longitudinal vaginal septum, which resulted in birth of two healthy and mature newborns, delivered within 27 days, without medical assistance. This Letter to the Editor is written with the intention of bringing to attention an article that was published almost 48 years ago in I Acta Medica Saliniana i and is referred to as such in this Letter.
