Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 69-year-old female for left hydronephrosis, with the identification of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (IHCC) metastasis. It notes the rare condition of metastatic cholangiocarcinoma and its resemblance to primary ovarian mucinous neoplasm, and to thecoma, the mechanism of seed and soil theory.
