Abstract

The electrospinning process is of inherent instability and the conductive jet motion is of conical helix. We give a reasonable explanation of the phenomenon: the current in the charged jet induces magnetic force, making the electrospinning process relatively stable, and the jet motion guarantees the lowest energy level when it moves helically.
