Abstract

Investigates whether Bazooka, a protein containing three PDZ domains with sequence similar to Par-3 of Caenorhabditis, recruits Inscuteable proteins to orient asymmetric cell divisions in Drosophila neuroblasts. Localization and binding of Bazooka and Inscuteable; Defects in inscuteable localization in bazooka embryos.
