Abstract

The results of studying the effect of Y2O3 and CaO additives introduced into ceramic mixtures in the form of oxides and salts on sintering and properties of AlN-based ceramics are discussed. The effect of high-temperature annealing of ceramics in a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen on its properties is specified.
