The functional characteristics of materials based on bismuth titanate Bi2Ti4O11 largely depend on the synthesis conditions. The preparation of nanocrystals of this compound is timely because of the problem with miniaturization of electronic components. The features of phase formation and the optimal conditions for the formation of a nanoceramic material based on Bi2Ti4O11 via coprecipitation from salt solutions are studied in the present work. The morphological features, formation temperature, and activation of sintering of the material were established.
