The article provides a descriptive analysis on the school council of Punjabi in Pakistan as a tool for moving the social and economic status. The author defines the social capital as features of organization, including trust, norms, and network to improve the society. Reform on local traditions on the social and gender inequity in education and organizations remain to be a challenge in the countries of South Africa and Africa, though studies showed that the traditional patterns change depending on the characteristics of the participants of the group.
