Abstract

The article discusses a study which investigates the chemical composition of Chinese traditional medicine, particularly Menispermum dauricum leaves collected from the Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi Province, China. The study involves air-dried leaves of M. dauricum extracted and powdered with 95% ethanol in a room temperature. The compounds isolated from the leaves were three flavone glycosides and two alkaloids.
