Abstract

The article focuses on the study which finds the bioactive constituents from Charred Cirsium japonicum DC by caring out MTT-guided isolation and identification of the ethanol extracts. It says that Cirsium japonicum DC can be found in China, Korea, and Japan and is used as treatment for hemorrhage, hepatitis, and hypertension. It mentions the compounds identified from various data including ultraviolet (UV), infrared (IR), and mass which include acacetin, diosmetin, and pilosin.
