Title

Collision induced dissociation mass spectrometry challenge.

Authors

Beach, Daniel; Gabryelski, Wojciech

Abstract

The article explores on the atmospheric pressure ionization techniques which allows the separation of liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. It examines the chemical processes of collision induced dissociation (CID) from the mass spectra of unknown compounds. It also stresses the reactions of CID in a molecule with neutral mass losses or gains.
