Title: Membrane disordering effect of thiram as assessed by brain synaptosomal and erythrocyte membrane constituents.

Abstract: The article presents a study on the examination of brain synaptosomal and erythrocyte membrane components to detect the impact of thiram in membrane disorders. The study examined the effect of various thiram concentrations cholesterol activities and lipid peroxidation in mice. The study shows the possible impact thiram exposure on membrane viscosity and its potentiality as being a neurotoxicant that impacts the erythrocyte activities and metabolism.
