Focuses on social and cultural factors related to eating problems among adolescents in Norway. Survey of 11,315 Norwegian adolescents using a brief version of the Eating Attitudes Test (EAT); Variations according to social class as minor; Urbanization and region as not affecting eating attitudes; Girls involved in aesthetic sports as dieting marginally more than other girls.
