Abstract

The article discusses the significant impact of regular physical activity/exercise (PA/PE) on health, disease prevention, and its potential role in enhancing resilience. It emphasizes the relevance of PA/PE in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, where not meeting PA guidelines has been associated with an increased risk of severe COVID-19 complications.
