Title: 9th Carnival Conference Session 2022 (CCS‐2022).

Abstract: The "Carnival Conference Session" (CCS-2022) took place for the 9th time at the Department of Chemistry at the University of Cologne. Approximately 50 participants attended the conference, which invites emerging researchers from all areas of chemistry to Cologne. The program included four lectures on the topics of spectroscopy, battery research, growing volume crystals, and high-pressure chemistry of uranium. In addition to the scientific lectures, there were also carnival elements. The next conference, CCS-2023, is already planned for February 15, 2023.
