Title: Dexamethasone and postoperative bleeding risk after adenotonsillectomy in children.

Abstract: The article present a study which investigates the impact of dexamethasone on postoperative bleeding risk after adenotonsillectomy in children. The study performed a telephone surveys and a 30-day postoperative visit in 122 patients. The result of the study indicates that there is no increased risk of bleeding following adenotonsillectomy with the use of dexamethasone.
