Abstract: Of note, normal B and/or GCB cells in lymphoma-bearing vs. control mice also downregulated MHC-II, pointing to aberrant B:CD4 SP sp T-cell interactions overall. B Introduction: b Germinal center B-cell(GCB)-like diffuse large B-cell lymphomas and follicular lymphomas resemble GCB cells, which are normally controlled by CD4 SP sp T follicular helper (Tfh) cells.
