Abstract

The protonation of diphenyl-substituted borate B 4 e b with pivalic acid in THF/hexane also proceeded regioselectively ( B 5 h b : B 6 h b =97:3), giving a trisubstituted allylboronate B 5 h b in 67 % isolated." Berichtigung: Synthesis of Cyclic Allylborates from 1,3-Dienes and a Diboron Reagent In this Communication, the following text on page 3, right column was repetitive and should be deleted: "The selectivity was switched by changing the proton source; the reaction of B 4 a b with HCl (Et SB 2 sb O solution) in THF gave an alkylboronate B 6 a b in 99 % GC yield ( B 5 a b : B 6 a b =0:100) and 74 % isolated yield.
