Abstract

Shamaila Sadaf and Lorenz Walder study the structure of self‐assembled anti cancer drug doxorubicin on chiral carbon nanotubes (CNTs) used as drug carrier in article number 1700649. The scanning tunneling microscopic pictures in the background demonstrate the rich architectural variety of doxorubicin@CNT wrapping in a helical fashion around the CNTs. Upon electron injection the drug molecules wake up, leave the carrier and become ready to fulfill their task.
