- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 47-year-old man who had nystagmus and lower extremity hyperalgesia after colectomy. Case highlights include the patient's inability to visually focus on objects, results of the patient's magnetic resonance imaging of the brain, and contribution of the comorbidity of Crohn disease to the patient's malnourished state.
