Abstract

In this article, the authors focus on the impact of the generic clopidogrel bisulfate drug on the U.S. drug market. They state that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved marketing of the generic clopidogrel bisulfate in the U.S. through the Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA). They further mention that the generic drug will help to lower medical care prices for patients and hospitals.
