- Abstract
In this article the authors focuses on the effects of unproctored Internet testing (UIT). The authors believe that UIT need not to be the main focus of concern for workplace psychologists specially in terms of the implementation and utilization of an Internet-based testing platform. The authors also suggest that workplace psychologists must consider several test deployment condition options in order to become an effective advisors and designers.
