- Abstract
The article presents suggestions for reversing the process of aging in dentists and maintaining their good health. As their work is stated to be stressful, the article suggests doing 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise everyday because dentists often make excuses by saying that they have no time to exercise. The article also suggests strength training because loss of physical strength is connected to aging and points that eating right is very important for a dentist's health.
